Volunteers Needed for June Program

Dear friends and fellow TGCOA members,

I am looking for 14 volunteers to help with the Sunday stroll and garden tour.  I am looking at 1 hour shifts.  Would you come early at 3:30 and help?        

Here is the list of areas we need covered:        

• Meet and greet at a table outside Scott’s garden.     
• Assist Luby with desserts.  I am providing cake and cookies.  Luby has volunteered to keep table filled.  
• Assist Hanna with drinks.  I am furnishing ice tea, lemonade and ice water.  Other drinks Hanna and Adam are providing through club.     
• Help Sandi with cement leaves demo.  See that there are enough chairs, etc. facilitate.     
• Help Christie with pots demo.  See that there are enough chairs, facilitate.   
• Help Jennie with style show/ talk in house.  Chairs, etc.     
• Help Mr. and Mrs. Sellstrom with  classic car.  Facilitate.     
• Help with hat display.     
• Assist people with parking at bird lot.  There is lots of parking ….with some  supervision.     
• Bird lot – I will take care of bird lot.          

I am looking for club members who will be present throughout house, yard and garden between 3:30 and 5:15 pm Sunday.  Are you willing?  What time?
